150 Subject to section 150.01, a council may conduct a plebiscite on any matter within its jurisdiction by adopting a bylaw that sets out

(b) each question to be voted on in the plebiscite.

150.01 (1) A plebiscite may address only

(a) one distinct purpose; and

(b) any matter that is directly related to that purpose.

(2) If two or more bylaws are adopted under section 150 at the same time, a separate plebiscite must be conducted in respect of the questions set out in each bylaw.

150.06 The result of a vote conducted in a plebiscite is not binding on a council.
